Hi, as of September (or August 16th), we can offer you a single room in a 2-room flat where I live with my husband. We're PhDoctorate students. We're a young married couple from Mexico. We're looking for a neat flat mate (student preferably). We offer you a bright and full-furnished room including: desktop for laptop or PC, wide closet and night lamp. The flat is located in a very quiet zone, proper for studying and relaxing. The zone is plentiful of gardens. TRANSPORTS: Metro stations: Lucero and Batán. Several bus lines. The price includes: Internet, water, gas, electric consumption and building community payments.

Somos un matrimonio joven (menos de 30 años) muy responsable, estudiamos doctorado en la UPM, somos Mexicanos. BUSCAMOS a algún chico o chica de similares características, respetuoso, limpio y que respete, nosotros pedimos lo que ofrecemos, de preferencia nos gustaría compartir piso con alguien que sea también estudiante, aunque podríamos considerar a alguien trabajador (no estudiante). El piso tiene 2 habitaciones, 1 baño, cocina, salón bastante amplio, la habitación tiene una cama y un armario empotrado bastante amplio, también tiene un pequeño escritorio el cual puede ser perfectamente útil para alguien que tenga un ordenador. El precio es 380 €, incluye los gastos de comunidad, agua, gas, Internet y electricidad. Estará libre a partir del 16 de Agosto.
